Halloween is next Friday, 10/31. The annual "Downtown Trick or Treat" is set for that afternoon from 3-5. We will allow students an excused check-out from LPS on this date to participate in this community-wide event. Here's what you need to know:

• PREK will dismiss at 2:00 like normal, PREK DOES NOT NEED TO FILL OUT THE FORM. 
• Kindergarten and First Grade: You MUST fill out this form to check your student out early on 10/31 LPS Halloween Check out
• The form will close Thursday 10/30.
• On 10/31, you will pick your child up from 2-2:30 in the FRONT of the school, not the back. 
• You may only fill out this form for your personal children. If you are picking up a child that is not yours, the parents of that child can list you as a pickup person on their child's form.
